A dispute is only as good as the rule behind it.
Every judgment in our analysis is written by an expert who has been interpreting rules and assigning classifications professionally for at least ten years. Nothing in the analysis is produced any other way.
A classification dispute is won on operational facts and rule interpretation: what your employees actually do, whether every subcontractor carried coverage, whether your operations qualify for an exception, and which manual rule covers it. Those are questions someone has to read your audit to answer.
Cited language that is not in the manual is the fastest way to lose a dispute. A carrier dismisses it on sight, and the credibility you spend getting a dispute in front of them does not come back.
